Koove IoT’s fully automated manufacturing facility combines high-volume production with controlled process parameters and multi-stage quality checks. Supported by an integrated NBR latex ecosystem, the plant is designed to strengthen material consistency, production continuity and dependable product performance.

With a current annual capacity of 500 million gloves and expansion planned up to 2 billion gloves per year, 1st Glove is building the scale required to serve growing domestic and international demand across healthcare, laboratories, food handling and industrial applications.
